Those who quit for today’s 24 hour period will need support to keep the healthy lifestyle change moving. Please take the time to connect with those who are quitting and offer your assistance, whether it’s directing them to nicotine replacement medications, checking in on their quit attempt progress, or just offering up words of encouragement.
